Duties
- Enter and update data into company databases, including QuickBooks and Google Workspace applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors, handling multi-line phone systems, and providing exceptional customer service
- Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and physical—to facilitate quick retrieval of information
- Proofread documents for errors before submission, ensuring high-quality standards are met
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and document preparation
- Assist with bookkeeping activities, including basic data entry for financial transactions and record reconciliation
- Provide customer support by responding to inquiries via phone or email with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with a focus on data entry and customer service
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Excellent typing speed with high accuracy; familiarity with proofreading is a plus
- Bilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse client needs effectively
- Experience managing multi-line phone systems and front desk operations in a professional setting
- Knowledge of office management procedures including calendar management and filing systems
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
