We re partnering with a prestigious, multi-location restaurant brand to hire a Senior IT Director Infrastructure & Security for a full-time, permanent, direct-hire role. This is a strategic leadership position within a small IT organization and is not a hands-on technical role.

This role focuses on setting direction, leading through influence, and guiding the IT function rather than performing day-to-day technical work or direct people management. It s ideal for a senior infrastructure or security leader who excels at oversight, strategy, and executive partnership.

Position Overview
You will provide leadership for enterprise IT infrastructure supporting restaurant locations nationwide, including POS systems, digital CCTV and security platforms, and the corporate IT environment. The focus is on security, availability, scalability, and effective oversight of internal teams and vendor partners.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute IT infrastructure and security strategy aligned with business growth

Partner with executive leadership on planning, budgeting, and technology roadmaps

Provide leadership and direction to IT managers and support teams without daily people management

Oversee network, server, cloud, and on-prem infrastructure across corporate and restaurant locations

Ensure POS reliability through standards, governance, and vendor management

Direct CCTV and IP camera strategy, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning

Own PCI-DSS compliance, security initiatives, and risk mitigation efforts

Manage vendor relationships and serve as escalation point for major incidents

Qualifications
Required

10 years of IT infrastructure and security experience in senior roles

Experience supporting multi-location restaurant, hospitality, or retail environments

Strong POS platform knowledge (NCR, Toast, Micros)

Broad cloud, network, and security expertise

Proven success with PCI compliance and enterprise security initiatives

Preferred

Degree in IT or related field

CISSP, CISM, Azure, or similar certifications

Experience with SD-WAN, SIEM, and ITIL practices
