The Role
The Warehouse Inventory Analyst ensures the accurate tracking and distribution of materials in a modular construction facility. They focus on reviewing inventory data and trends to drive continuous improvement in material flow and support timely project delivery in a just-in-time (JIT) environment. The analyst will also partner with finance on the cycle count program to achieve inventory accuracy greater than 98%.

Responsibilities
- Data Review & Trend Analysis: Analyze inventory data, identify trends, and report on material levels, discrepancies, and inventory accuracy.
- Cycle Count Program Collaboration: Partner with finance to drive the cycle count program, reviewing data to identify discrepancies and ensuring inventory accuracy surpasses 98%.
- Collaboration for Improvements: Work closely with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams to drive process improvements, optimize material flow, and ensure alignment with production schedules.
- Material Flow Support: Monitor stock levels and manage replenishment strategies through trend insights, ensuring timely material availability.
- Demand & Procurement Coordination: Forecast material needs based on project schedules and work with procurement to adjust orders and prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Cost Control: Review inventory turnover rates, minimize waste, and suggest cost-saving measures through improved stock management and vendor negotiations.
- Reporting & Process Optimization: Generate reports on key inventory metrics, recommend process upgrades, and share insights for continuous improvement across teams.
- Proficiency in ERP (SAP, Oracle), WMS, Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP), and Power BI (for dashboards)
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and trends for inventory optimization
- Experience in modular construction workflows, lean manufacturing, and JIT principles
