OverviewWe are looking for a data-driven and strategic Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate Veem’s acquisition, activation, and retention efforts across paid, owned, and lifecycle channels. You will design and manage campaigns, optimize funnels, lead experimentation, and collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Partnerships, Analytics, RevOps, and Sales to drive measurable customer and revenue growth.You’ll report to the Head of Marketing and play a key role in shaping Veem’s next stage of global expansion as we enhance our payment capabilities, strengthen our partner ecosystem, and engage new audiences around the world.About the JobAcquisition and Performance MarketingOwn paid acquisition strategy across channels including paid social, search, display, and retargeting.Build, launch, and optimize campaigns that drive high-intent traffic and quality signups.Partner with analytics to define KPIs and refine attribution for channel efficiency.Lifecycle and Funnel OptimizationDevelop and optimize activation journeys across email, in-app messaging, and automated lifecycle flows.Build segmentation and trigger-based campaigns to increase conversion from signup to active transacting users.Work with Product and RevOps to diagnose friction points and improve funnel performance.Experimentation and InsightsDesign a structured experimentation roadmap across creative, audiences, messaging, and landing pages.Conduct cohort, retention, and funnel analysis to identify growth opportunities.Translate insights into clear recommendations that influence product strategy and go-to-market execution.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Product Marketing and Content to ensure message consistency across channels.Support Partnerships with co-marketing efforts and joint acquisition initiatives.Align with Sales on lead quality, scoring, and downstream impact of marketing efforts.Operational ExcellenceMaintain growth dashboards, forecasts, and reporting for weekly and monthly reviews.Manage internal resources and external agencies to ensure accountability to growth KPIs.Document learnings and processes to scale growth operations effectively.About YouMinimum Qualifications4–6 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation.Proven success managing paid acquisition channels with measurable ROI.Strong analytical skills and experience with GA4, Looker, HubSpot, or similar tools.Deep understanding of funnel mechanics, attribution, and testing methodologies.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.Comfort operating in dynamic, fast-paced environments.Preferred QualificationsExperience in fintech, SaaS, or payments.Hands-on experience with marketing automation and A/B testing platforms.Curiosity, creativity, and a passion for using data to inform decisions.Ability to build processes in early-stage or scaling teams.Compensation and BenefitsOffers may vary based on experience, skills, and location.
