We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance associate to join the Finance & Transactions team in our Chicago office. About You:
- You have 3-6 years of commercial finance experience at a law firm;
- You have experience with drafting loan documents and managing loan transactions;
- You have experience managing multiple matters simultaneously;
- You have a J.D. degree (or its equivalent) and strong academic credentials; and
- You are admitted in (and in good standing with), or taking steps to become admitted in, Illinois.

Compensation:
- $260,000 - $320,000 annual base salary
