Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, MobileConnect)
  • Develop automated journeys, triggered communications, and campaign workflows
  • Work with AMPscript for dynamic content and SQL for segmentation
  • Support SMS campaigns including opt-in/opt-out and compliance
  • Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce and other systems
  • Troubleshoot campaign and data-related issues
