- 7 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, document/data lifecycle management, and process improvement.
- 3 years of experience supporting ECM strategies and enterprise data practices in a government, investment or financial services environment.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proven experience creating clear, structured technical documentation (e.g., requirements, process maps, data and document flows).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear business terms.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively identify and address areas needing attention or improvement.
Additional Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with process automation tools used to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Experience working with reporting tools and dashboards to support business insights and decision-making.
- Understanding of investment, financial services, or a related business environment.
This position will be for a period of approximately 12 months with the potential for an extension.
