What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Labor Deburring position at Vectron Deburring - Multiple Locations?
Duties:
- Perform deburring, cleaning, and other finishing processes as assigned
- Follow traveler / job instructions and quality requirements
- Use tools, equipment and chemicals safely and correctly
- Keep work area clean & Organized
- Support team in meeting daily production and delivery goals
- Report any defects, equipment issues, or process problems to supervisor
- Handle parts carefully to avoid damage or contamination
- Maintain production records as required
- Participate in continuous improvement and training activities
- Stop work and notify supervisor if parts do not meet specifications
- Request clarification on unclear instructions
- Report equipment issues or safety concerns
Minimum Qualifications and Experience Requirements
- Experience in manufacturing or deburring preferred
- Attention to detail and good manual dexterity
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Basic understanding of quality requirements
Pay: $14.00 per hour
