Do you enjoy building meaningful relationships with influencers and creators while shaping the voice of a brand across multiple platforms? Are you energized by staying ahead of social trends and using data to guide innovative community and awareness initiatives?

In this role, you will lead day-to-day community engagement across major social platforms while managing relationships with influencers, creators, and industry partners. You’ll also contribute to high-visibility brand awareness initiatives, supporting campaigns with associations and publications that amplify the brand’s reach.

The Brand Communications team drives the company’s public presence by overseeing PR, organic social, editorial content, and brand-level communications that directly shape overall brand awareness and perception.


During this role you will:


  • Build and nurture relationships with influencers, creators, associations, and publications.
  • Manage daily community engagement, including responding to comments, DMs, and mentions across key social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Identify, vet, and onboard new creators who align with brand voice and campaign objectives.
  • Support and project-manage brand awareness campaigns in partnership with industry associations and publications.
  • Track and report on community sentiment, creator performance, and awareness initiatives to guide strategy.

  • Effective collaboration with internal teams to connect community insights to broader marketing and communication strategies.

Compensation:
Annual base salary of $65,000–$75,000 USD. Eligible for company performance bonuses.

Salary offer is determined by evaluation of candidate skills and experience during the interview process based on the criteria outlined in the job advertisement above.
