Essential Duties
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of program operations in meeting established goals, requirements, and objectives.
- Develop life cycle cost analyses of projects and perform cost-benefit or economic evaluations of current or projected programs.
- Analyze information to develop program reporting systems including systems specifications, data gathering methods, analytical techniques, and evaluation methodologies.
- Analyze new or proposed legislation, regulations, or requirements to determine their impact on program operations, engineering design, or security.
- Develop management or program evaluation plans, procedures, and methodologies.
- Analyze and evaluate proposed changes in mission or operating procedures.
- Support analysis activities related to weapons systems or Navy programs.
- Experience with Naval Surface Warfare Center / DoD Test and Evaluation support preferred.
- Five (5) years of general experience which includes four (4) years of specialized experience in:
- Analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of program operations in meeting established goals, requirements, and objectives.
- Developing life cycle cost analyses of projects or performing cost-benefit or economic evaluations of current or projected programs.
