Integrated Program Solutions, Inc. is seeking to hire a full time Program Analyst at Patuxent River, MD. Selected candidate will possess strong attention to detail, professional communication skills, self-motivation, and a commitment to excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs critical program management, technical, or business analysis of major DOD acquisition systems and provides recommendations to ensure program success. Provides program analysis support for all aspects of the program. Participates as a member of and/or supports the overall Program and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs). Collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules.
Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Reviews requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change
control management and data management.
· Support the development and execution of program acquisition documentation and processes.
· Monitor and report status to IPT and program leadership on procurement actions to include cost, schedule, and technical challenges.
· Develop and coordinate Statement of Work (SOW).
· Develop and coordinate Contracts Deliverable Requirements Lists (CDRLs).
· Lead and facilitate priced proposal technical evaluations.
· Support proposal negotiations on behalf of the Government.
· Coordinate and communicate within a team.
· Develop and maintain an integrated master schedule.
· Determine and illustrate critical path drivers.
· Perform schedule analysis, identifying major cost/schedule drivers and related risks.
· Prepare reports on findings of analysis and present to senior leadership
Qualifications:
Senior:
Master’s degree and Over 10 years of experience
Journeyman:
Bachelors’ degree and 3 to 10 years of experience
Junior:
Bachelor’s degree and 1 to 3 years of experience
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products.
- Demonstrated experience with MS Project;
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills;
- Strong interpersonal, problem solving and multi-tasking skills;
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Due to the requirements of this contract, U.S. Citizenship, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance is required. Active Security Clearance is preferred.
Pay: $68,854.84 - $135,000.00 per year
