CNC Set-up Machinist- Senior Level

Job Description

Our client, a leader in the fuel dispensing industry, currently has a job open for a Machine Setup Technician in a HEATED/AIR-CONDITIONED environment (training on 1st Shift)

Job Duties

• Set up and operate CNC Equipment.
• Set up and operate Mazatrol.
• Set up and operate manual machines.
• Make adjustments to and inspect/approve parts with applicable gauging.
• Check parts to part prints using computer-generated test criteria.
• Troubleshooting all machines when needed.
  
  

What You Need To Succeed

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must pass the machinability test.
• Prior experience in the operation and setup of CNC machines.
• Experience on both turning and horizontal machining a plus.
• Knowledge of tooling and able to assist in tool-related problem-solving.
• Knowledge of gauges and CMM operation.
• Ability to follow directions, including detailed procedures or work instructions

• Must work well with others and possess excellent communication skills.
• Must have an excellent attendance record.

Pay range based on experience: $36.00-$39.00 per hour
