The team member will present CUTCO® products to potential customers, explain product features and benefits, and assist customers in selecting items that meet their needs. Daily responsibilities include scheduling and conducting product demonstrations, responding to customer questions, and processing orders accurately. The role also involves providing follow-up service, addressing customer concerns, and maintaining positive, long-term relationships. Team members may participate in training sessions, team meetings, and skill-development workshops to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service capabilities.
