We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating machinery, with a focus on precision and quality. Responsibilities

• Operate various types of machinery in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand specifications for each job.
• Perform quality control checks using precision measuring instruments to ensure product specifications are met.
• Fabricate components as required, maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform essential maintenance as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve workflow.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a factory setting.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and techniques.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments effectively.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $18.50 per hour- $19.50 after 90 days

Expected hours: 40 per week- overtime offered
