What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Manager position at Vector CSP LLC?
Job Summary:
Spearhead end-to-end program execution, drive operational excellence, and ensure seamless delivery across a complex, multi-stakeholder military environment. Serve as the central point of contact, providing direct oversight of people, processes, and contract performance to meet cost, scope, and quality objectives.
Essential Duties:
- Provide oversight of program operations, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements, scope, and performance standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams in planning, execution, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor financial performance, resource allocation, and program milestones to maintain predictable outcomes.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, communication, and escalations with transparency and professionalism.
- Develop and maintain program documentation, reports, dashboards, quality assurance, and performance metrics.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high impact service delivery.
Education:
- Master’s Degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field.
- PMP certification preferred
Experience:
- 10 years of proven experience leading large-scale programs in support of military facilities.
Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and diverse teams.
- Strong communication, analytical, and relationship building skills.
Salary: The projected salary range for this position is $75,000-$150,000 and is based on experience and contractual requirements. However, this is not a guarantee of salary.
