We are a fast-paced packaging and paper converting company specializing in folding cartons. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Estimator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers while learning the estimating side of the business.
Position Summary
The CSR / Estimator serves as the primary point of contact for customers while supporting the estimating and quoting process. This role requires strong communication, organization, and attention to detail. No prior industry experience is required—we provide full training for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups
- Prepare and process quotes/estimates based on customer specifications (training provided)
- Review job specifications, including size, materials, printing, and finishing requirements
- Coordinate with production and internal teams to ensure accurate order execution
- Track job progress and provide updates to customers
- Assist in resolving customer issues, concerns, and order discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of quotes, orders, and customer communications
- Support process improvements to improve workflow and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- No prior folding carton or paper converting experience required—we will train
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math skills (measurements, calculations, pricing logic)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
