Position - Sales Hunter (Director) – Capital Markets & Payments
Location Preferred - NY/NJ – East Coast
Position Type Full- Time | Executive Leadership
Key Role and Responsibilities:
• Drive end-to-end sales for net-new logos across Capital Markets and Payments
• Build and execute a targeted go-to-market strategy for acquiring new clients
• Identify and close opportunities across AI-led consulting, data, engineering, and managed services
• Position capabilities in: Core platform modernization
o Payment’s transformation
o Data and AI-driven solutions
• Leverage deep understanding of the FIS/payments ecosystem to engage clients effectively
• Build CXO-level relationships across business and technology stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal solution, delivery, and AI Lab teams to craft differentiated proposals
• Own pipeline development, forecasting, and deal execution discipline
Required Experience:
• 10 years of enterprise services sales experience in banking, capital markets, or payments
• Strong track record in hunting roles (new logo acquisition)
• Proven success in selling services-led engagements (consulting, digital engineering, or IT services)
• Demonstrated achievement of revenue and booking targets
• Deep understanding of: Payments ecosystem (issuers, acquirers, processors, fintechs)
• Capital markets operations and platforms
• FIS and broader financial technology landscape
Key Skills & Competencies:
• Experience selling IT managed services into Tier 1 / Tier 2 banks, capital markets firms, or major
payment processors
• Strong executive presence with a consultative driven sales approach
• Familiarity with platforms such as FIS, Fiserv, TSYS, ACI, Finastra, etc.
• Strong hunter mindset with a focus on building pipeline from scratch
• Ability to translate domain and engineering capabilities into business outcomes
• Results-driven with high accountability and ownership
