Position Summary

The Sales Account Manager – Enterprise Growth & Business Development is a revenue-driving role focused on identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities while expanding strategic relationships within a complex portfolio of enterprise-level clients. This individual must be a seasoned sales professional, skilled in engaging C-suite decision-makers, negotiating large-scale contracts, and positioning VDA as the premier experiential marketing and events partner.

As a key driver of growth, this role requires a proven track record in enterprise account acquisition, revenue forecasting, and consultative selling. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment and is adept at prospecting, pitching high-value solutions, and closing large-scale deals while maintaining strong, strategic relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Sales & Business Development (Hunter Focus)

· Own and drive new business development efforts, identifying, targeting, and closing high-value enterprise accounts.

· Generate a pipeline of new opportunities by leveraging industry insights, networking, and outbound prospecting.

· Lead enterprise-level sales conversations, engaging C-suite executives and decision-makers to position VDA as the preferred experiential partner.

· Develop and execute strategic sales plans, aligning VDA’s services with client goals to drive revenue growth.

· Manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and proposal development to contract negotiation and deal closure.

· Effectively manage and nurture new prospects within VDA’s project management system (Monday.com) and connect with marketing and leads from the Mailchimp platform.

· Stay ahead of market trends and competitive landscape to proactively identify new revenue opportunities.

Enterprise Account Management & Growth

· Cultivate and expand long-term strategic relationships with enterprise-level clients, ensuring continued growth and retention.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile, multi-million-dollar accounts, acting as

a trusted advisor and solutions expert.

· Align client objectives with VDA’s capabilities, ensuring a consultative, value-driven approach.

· Drive account expansion by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities across VDA’s service offerings.

· Ensure the timely and successful delivery of experiential solutions tailored to enterprise client needs.

Financial & Strategic Leadership

· Own revenue forecasting, margin tracking, and financial accuracy, ensuring account profitability and compliance.

· Lead and oversee complex RFP responses, statement-of-work development, and contract negotiations.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling pitches and presentations for enterprise clients.

· Ensure operational efficiency in deal execution, leveraging Monday.com for pipeline tracking and CRM management.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience

· 7 years of enterprise-level sales, business development, or account management experience in an agency, experiential marketing, or related industry.

· Proven track record in hunting and closing large-scale enterprise deals with Fortune 500 or global clients.

· Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, RFPs, and contract negotiations for high-value partnerships.

· Strong consultative sales approach, with exceptional ability to engage C-suite executives and key stakeholders.

· Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts in a matrixed organization.

· Strong financial acumen, including revenue forecasting, pricing strategy, and P&L management.

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
