Quality Control & Rework Specialist
We welcome candidates from the Home, Fashion, Apparel, and/or Accessories industry. We welcome recent college graduates.
Position is based in the Warehouse located in Freehold, New Jersey
We are seeking an initiative-taking and meticulous candidate with a focus on product damage handling and rework support. The role involves daily coordination of non-good product inventory, purchase order (PO) tracking, and return processes to ensure accurate inventory flow and timely issue resolution.
Job Summary:
Product Damage & Rework
- Track inventory.
- Communicate effectively with Corporate Office, carriers, and warehouse teams to resolve issues.
- Assist in executing rework activities to restore inventory to shippable condition.
- Monitor rework status and report progress to Corporate Office.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure damaged/reworked products meet customer and Corporate Office standards.
- Assist with standard operating procedures related to inventory and rework.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, or Logistics preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Spanish speaking is a plus
- Familiarity with inventory systems preferred.
- Strong mindfulness, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
- Effective communication skills; ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Preferred: Experience with box damage or rework processes.
