Role Description
This is a full-time Securities Attorney role based on-site in Vienna, VA. Responsibilities include providing legal counsel on securities law matters, conducting legal research, preparing and reviewing transactional documents, managing compliance and regulatory requirements, negotiating contracts and agreements, and advising clients on corporate governance and financing matters. The Securities Attorney will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure expert and strategic legal guidance.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Securities Law
- Proven experience providing Legal Advice and analyzing complex legal issues
- Proficiency in Research and effective problem-solving skills in a legal context
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Bar admission in good standing, preferably in New York
