A VCI Construction as a Foreman on our Telecom Underground team, you’ll lead crews in the installation and maintenance of underground telecommunication systems. You’ll ensure everyone is following safety protocols and project timelines.

- Help with training of crew members
- Read and understand blueprints
- Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations
- Assist Supervisor with day to day activities
- Speak with property owners about work to be performed and resolve any issues
- Safely use heavy equipment and machinery
- Perform work in all weather conditions
- Other duties as assigned
- To be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- A valid driver’s license
- High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred
- At least three years of related work experience
- Previous Foreman experience preferred
