- Perform construction tasks including asphalt raking, asphalt rolling, loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment
- Install underground telecommunications cabling
- Operate construction equipment, and maintain work areas
- Clearly communicate with all team members
- Complete daily production reports
- Help with site restoration efforts
- Perform work in all weather conditions
- Other duties as assigned
- Work independently with coworkers, customers, and others in places where interactions are unsupervised
- Provide accurate and reliable information to others in the company
- Requires a routine amount of driving for work, which must be performed safely
- Requires safe and responsible computer and related technology use
- To be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
- Previous experience safely operating various hand tools and utility trucks, is preferred
- Operate various utility trucks, equipment, and hand tools safely.
- Perform demanding physical tasks, including standing, bending, lifting up to 100 lbs (50 lbs regularly), and working at various heights and angles.
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions, from extreme heat and cold to inclement weather like wind, rain, and snow.
- Wear standard safety equipment, including a hardhat, safety glasses, and safety boots.
- Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
- Read prints and interpret utility maps to identify underground utilities.

- Routinely: work at heights, occasional entry into attics and crawl spaces and alone in remote locations, operate vehicle and heavy machinery; squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 55 pounds without assistance.
- Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse
