- National Firm: Seeking 7 year attorneys with strong experience in construction and commercial litigation.
- National Insurance Defense Firm: Seeking 10 year attorneys with a deep construction litigation background.
- National AmLaw Firm: Seeking a Construction Partner with $750K in portable business to head the Florida Construction Practice.
- Manage complex construction-related disputes from inception through resolution.
- Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts, pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, depositions, and court proceedings.
- Advise clients on risk management and project dispute avoidance strategies.
- Collaborate with clients, experts, and colleagues to achieve efficient, effective outcomes.
- 3–7 years of experience in construction litigation (or 10 years for senior roles/partner level).
- Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
- Experience representing owners, contractors, subcontractors, or insurers in construction disputes.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and client service abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines with precision.
- Confident in client-facing communication and relationship development.
- Practical problem-solver with strong negotiation instincts.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
