This position is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in construction marketing and proposal management, with hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to a wide range of marketing and project-related deliverables.Approximately 70% of this role will be focused on proposal coordination and production, with the remaining time supporting graphic layout, project marketing, and other marketing initiatives. While this is a career-growth role, candidates with prior experience in proposals or professional services marketing are strongly encouraged to apply. This is a safety sensitive position. Key Responsibilities – Proposals & Marketing BooksAssist with the preparation, layout, and production of proposals, qualifications, and marketing books Coordinate proposal schedules, internal deadlines, and required inputsFormat resumes, project sheets, and technical narratives using established templatesProofread and quality-check proposal materials for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignmentMaintain and update proposal templates and content librariesGraphics & Layout SupportApply brand standards to proposals and marketing materialsCreate and update layouts, cover pages, simple graphics, and infographicsSupport design needs for OAC books, project logistics, and presentation materialsWork within established brand guidelines (execution-focused, not brand development)Project Marketing & CoordinationCoordinate project photography scheduling and organizationMaintain project imagery, renderings, and marketing assetsSupport project teams with marketing deliverables and project-specific materialsAssist with closeout marketing and internal documentationMarketing Operations & SupportHelp organize and maintain marketing databases (projects, resumes, photography, templates)Support internal marketing requests and special initiativesAssist with continuous improvement of marketing processes, tools, and workflowsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field0–4 years of experience in marketing, proposals, or professional services (construction/AEC a plus)Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign , Illustrator and PhotoshopStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills and willingness to learnMAKE YOUR MOVE We have worked to build the reputation as a leading contractor in the nation, growing from one office in Little Rock, Ark. to nine offices around the country, construction projects in all 50 states, and consistently ranked in ENR's Top 100 contractors.
