Director of Estimating and Preconstruction

Position SummaryVCC is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Director of Preconstruction & Estimating to lead and elevate our nationwide preconstruction operations. This is a high-impact executive role responsible for building, standardizing, and scaling a centralized preconstruction and estimating function that supports eight offices across the country.You will operate at both the strategic and client level—driving internal excellence while serving as a trusted advisor to owners, architects, and development partners.
