Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of design concepts, studies, and presentation materials.
- Support the production of construction documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Create 3D models, renderings, and graphics to communicate design intent.
- Conduct site analysis, code research, and material or product research.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project team members throughout project development.
- Participate in project meetings and incorporate feedback into design revisions.
- Maintain organized project files and follow firm drafting and documentation standards.
- Demonstrate initiative, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 03 years of professional experience in an architectural or design environment preferred.
- Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software.
- Basic understanding of building systems, construction documentation, and architectural standards.
- Strong verbal, written, and graphic communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively, receive feedback, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
