Veterinary Assistant, Receptionist Location: Calgary, Alberta Royal Oak Animal Hospital is welcoming an engaging Veterinary Assistant, Receptionist to join our team! This is an exceptional opportunity for an organized, motivated, and empathetic individual to join us in a key support role across the entire hospital. In this role, you will help our clients and their pets feel welcomed and appreciated! This is a dual role for the right person who enjoys variety and making a difference in pets’ lives: You enjoy greeting clients in a friendly manner, addressing their requests and concerns and taking the time to build lasting relationships You can multitask, performing various administrative duties You are always willing to lend a hand, assisting Veterinarians and Technicians with various tasks and treatment of pet patients You are compassionate and caring while feeding and walking pet patients The patient’s comfort is important to you, so you are responsible for cleaning kennels and completing general hospital maintenance tasks.
