Client Service Representative – VCA Schaumburg Animal Hospital Location: Schaumburg, Illinois VCA Schaumburg Animal Hospital is a multi-doctor practice located in the booming “Golden Corridor” just outside of Chicago. Proudly serving our community for over 30 years, we’re known for our exceptional customer service, compassion, and quality medical care. We are currently accepting applications for a full-time Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our dedicated team. To be considered, candidates must: Have strong, well-developed customer service skills Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and excellent attendance Have prior experience in the veterinary field or animal field. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Answering a multi-line phone system and assisting clients in person and over the phone Managing electronic medical records (EMR) Demonstrating knowledge of vaccines, common illnesses, and basic medical procedures Communicating preventative care recommendations and presenting estimates Counseling clients during difficult situations, including euthanasia Processing payments and scheduling appointments We are a busy practice, we’ll need your help at every other Saturday.
