Santa Rosa, CA 95401 Schedule: Part-Time Compensation: $19-22/hr depending on experience and skill level VCA Devotion Animal Hospital is a single doctor practice. We value our close relationships with our clients and their pets. The practice is focused on providing exceptional care, preventative medicine, client education and a high level of customer service. Skills and Abilities: Excellent Customer service and communication skills, including greeting clients and their pets, making outbound calls, and answering telephones. Friendly, outgoing, people oriented Accurately create and present treatment plans based on the doctors recommendations Ability to take direction and multi-task Manage medical records, maintain client charts/accounts Present and explain fees, manage different payment types, reconcile charges Hospital maintenance (including removal of animal waste) and ensuring that facility is neat and clean at all times—both inside and outside.
