VCA Devotion Animal Hospital is looking to add an expierienced Part-Time Client Service Representative to our already fantastic team
Location 4382 Occidental Road. Santa Rosa, CA 95401
Schedule: Part-Time
Compensation: $19-22/hr depending on experience and skill level

The practice is focused on providing exceptional care, preventative medicine, client education and a high level of customer service. We’re looking for a personable yet highly professional “service extraordinaire” to join us in delivering our mission to our clients and their pets.
Skills and Abilities:
Excellent Customer service and communication skills, including greeting clients and their pets, making outbound calls, and answering telephones.
Friendly, outgoing, people oriented
Accurately create and present treatment plans based on the doctors recommendations
Ability to take direction and multi-task
Manage medical records, maintain client charts/accounts
Present and explain fees, manage different payment types, reconcile charges
Hospital maintenance (including removal of animal waste) and ensuring that facility is neat and clean at all times—both inside and outside.
Qualifications:
High School diploma
Must have experience working with the public
Experience at a Veterinary Hospital or other medical office
Excellent listening and communication skills
Dependable attendance
Compassion and empathy for clients and their pets
Ability to learn and retain new information
