We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Client Service Representative (CSR) to be the welcoming face of our hospital. As the first point of contact for clients and their pets, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience while supporting our veterinary team.
What You'll Do
- Welcome clients and patients with professionalism and compassion.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client communications.
- Process payments and explain hospital services and fees.
- Maintain accurate medical records and client information.
- Assist clients with prescription requests, products, and general pet care information.
- Help keep the hospital clean, organized, and running efficiently.
What We're Looking For
- Previous customer service or veterinary reception experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Positive attitude with a passion for helping people and their pets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Compensation: Pay range is $ 16.49 - $18.50/hr and is negotiable based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities and other relevant credentials.
