In this role as an IT Systems Administrator, you will be central to maintaining and configuring IT systems and infrastructure, both on-premise and in the cloud. Collaborating closely with a small, dedicated team, you'll ensure a stable and secure environment for all users while providing essential support for any technical issues that arise. Your efforts will directly impact system reliability and end-user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and configure IT systems and infrastructure, both on-premise and in cloud environments.
Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to end users, resolving issues quickly to minimize downtime.
Manage software and hardware assets to ensure optimal utilization and performance.
Implement and monitor security measures to protect sensitive information and maintain system integrity.
Requirements:
3 years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure roles, working in a collaborative environment.
Proficiency in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 platforms, demonstrating hands-on experience.
Familiarity with key tech stacks involving storage, networking, and cloud infrastructure, ensuring functionality and reliability.
Experience in endpoint protection, patch management, and email security, particularly in a corporate setting.
