• Execute full-cycle candidate identification and sourcing across multiple professional channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.

• Conduct thorough candidate interviews and provide intensive interview preparation, including mock interviews and resume reviews, to ensure candidate success.

• Manage the offer process, extend job offers, and maintain continuous contact with placed candidates to ensure needs are met post-assignment.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication, listening, and collaboration skills, which are core to the role.

• A high level of self-motivation and a persistent, determined drive to achieve set professional goals and metrics.

• An enjoyment of working closely with people and a passion for building client relationships.

• The ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion when interacting with businesses and individuals.
