The Role

What You'll Do
- Be the first impression — answer calls on the first ring, greet patients warmly, check them in with care
- Manage and optimize the daily schedule to keep the practice running smoothly
- Verify insurance benefits
- Manage scheduling and maintain accurate patient records
- Support front desk, treatment coordinator, and clinical staff as a true team player
- Help maintain a clean, welcoming environment that reflects the care we provide
- Support marketing campaigns and events
