Responsibilities

- Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing exceptional customer service and support to callers.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and proofreading to ensure all documentation is up-to-date and error-free.
- Assist with front desk duties including greeting visitors, managing check-in procedures, and handling inquiries with courteous phone etiquette.
- Support office management tasks such as organizing files, managing supplies, and overseeing general clerical duties.
- Utilize Microsoft Office, Excel, and other computer skills to prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations.
- Prioritize tasks effectively using strong organizational skills and time management to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or clerical roles within a professional setting.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry tools.
