Salary Range: $115,000 – $135,000 annually
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead Women’s & Children’s Health services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and strategic direction for Women’s & Children’s units
- Lead performance improvement, safety initiatives, and staff development
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and clinical standards
- Support budget planning, staffing, and operational effectiveness
- Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and patient-centered care
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN required)
- Current WV RN license (or eligibility for licensure)
- 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in Women’s & Children’s Health
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and partner with physicians
- BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications (or ability to obtain within required timeframe)
