Role: Test Manager
Location: Irving, TX or Jacksonville, FL (Onsite/Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end testing strategy, planning, and execution for retail banking applications
- Drive test automation initiatives across UI, API, and backend systems
- Manage and mentor QA teams, ensuring quality deliverables and timelines
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams
- Oversee test environments, data management, and defect tracking
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and quality standards
Required Skills:
- 8–12 years of QA experience with recent Test Management experience
- Strong domain expertise in Retail Banking (accounts, payments, lending, etc.)
- Proven experience in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, API automation, etc.)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
