Position: Test Manager with Retail Banking exp
Location: Irving, TX/Jacksonville, FL

Required Skills & Experience:
Banking Expertise: 8 years in QA with at least 3 years in a leadership role specifically within Retail Banking.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with test management tools like Jira, ALM, or Azure DevOps.
Automation Knowledge: Experience driving automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright) for high-volume transaction environments.
Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of the "rules boundary" for banking, including Basel III norms and local central bank regulations
Data Integrity: Expert in SQL and database testing to verify transaction logs, audit trails, and financial reconciliation.
Preferred Qualifications:
ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager certification.
Experience with Open Banking APIs and third-party integrations.
Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter to simulate peak-load banking traffic.
