SAP HCM & US Payroll Consultant

We are hiring a skilled SAP HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in US Payroll configuration, Tax Compliance, Garnishments, and Time Management. The role involves payroll schema/rule setup, third-party vendor integrations, and year-end payroll activities.
✅ Required Skills:
- SAP HCM US Payroll (configuration and support)
- BSI Tax Factory and TUB management
- Garnishment processing and benefits integration
- Payroll schemas, PCRs, and wage type configuration
- Time Management and Time Evaluation expertise
- Year-End processing (W-2, ACA forms) and legal updates
- Payroll posting to FI/CO
- Third-party vendor interface experience
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support SAP US Payroll, including BSI Tax Factory and TUB updates.
- Set up garnishments, direct deposits, and check payments.
- Manage payroll posting to finance and symbolic account mapping.
- Customize payroll schemas (PCRs) and wage types.
- Implement and troubleshoot Positive/Negative Time Management and Time Evaluation.
- Perform Year-End testing, apply legal notes, and validate W-2/ACA forms.
- Configure and test Remuneration Statements.
- Integrate SAP Payroll with third-party vendors and resolve production issues.
