Job Summary:
The Production Engineer will play a key role in driving the development and implementation of new manufacturing processes within VBeyond Corporation's assembly operations setting. This position requires strong leadership skills, expertise in quality management, and experience with industry standards such as AIAG FMEA guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop risk assessment initiatives aligned to AIAG FMEA guidelines.
- Support the development and execution of Internal PPAP initiatives.
- Conduct the implementation of fixtures and tooling activities ensuring completion of all MSA (Gage R&R) qualification requirements per customer standards.
- Review and update preventative maintenance documents for review.
- Develop standard operating procedures where required. Monitor FPY data collection.
Requirements:
- B.S in Engineering, Technical Practice, or Equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering, quality, or Production and Manufacturing Operations in an Automotive or related industry.
- Experience with AIAG, and ISO 9001 Standards
- Ability to support the development and execution of continues improvement initiatives.
