Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Surgery Manager to oversee surgical services and provide effective clinical and operational leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong management experience, a background in surgical services, and the ability to lead teams while maintaining high standards of patient care, safety, and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Current Alabama State Board of Nursing license
- BLS certification required
- ACLS/PALS certification as applicable
- Minimum 5 years of professional work experience with demonstrated management/leadership experience
- 2–3 years of surgery experience required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Must be willing and able to relocate to Muscle Shoals, AL within 30 days
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
