- 3 years of strong experience with observability stacks, including DataDog, AppDynamics, and Quantum Metrics.
- Expertise in DataDog and AppDynamics agent deployment, configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience setting up native mobile, browser real-user, and synthetic monitoring.
- SME with 5 years of experience in full-stack observability, including APM tools, metrics collection, and log and trace analysis, with a passion for automation.
- Experience designing and developing automation for routine tasks using GitOps and Python.
- 3 years of experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and a solid understanding of Kubernetes.
- Strong monitoring SME who can collaborate with various teams to gather monitoring requirements, and design, develop, and implement effective monitoring solutions and alerting strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leveraging AI for automation, noise reduction, and toil reduction.
- Experience with Dynatrace, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry (OTel), and Grafana.
