We are actively hiring for an ERP Financial / Accounting Analyst to join our team in Secaucus, NJ. This is a hybrid role with a preference for 5 days onsite (minimum 3 days/week). The client is looking to move quickly with interviews.
Role Overview:
This is a hybrid Accounting Systems Analyst position supporting financial operations and ERP functionality. You will work closely with Finance and IT teams to ensure data integrity, support month-end close, and provide system/user support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support month-end/year-end close (journal entries, accrual’s, reporting)
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with inventory accounting (valuation, aging, reconciliation)
• Prepare financial & operational reports (inventory, sales, variance, etc.)
• Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Act as first point of contact for ERP/system-related issues
• Provide end-user support and coordinate with IT teams
• Troubleshoot system/data issues and improve workflows
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field
• 1–3 years of accounting experience
• Experience with ERP systems (AS400/iSeries, Movex, Infor M3, or similar preferred)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles & financial reporting
• Proficiency in SQL & Excel
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred:
• Inventory accounting or supply chain exposure
• Experience with system integrations or reporting tools
• Interest in automation and process improvement
