About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Client Partner to take ownership of a key financial services account within our global business portfolio. This individual will be responsible for driving business expansion, strengthening executive relationships, and ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple initiatives.
This position demands a strong blend of strategic thinking, client engagement, and technical understanding, along with the ability to operate independently while collaborating with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Account Growth & Strategy
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across areas such as cloud platforms, digital transformation, data solutions, and AI.
- Define and execute a comprehensive account growth plan aligned with client priorities.
- Expand the scope of engagement by strengthening existing partnerships and introducing new capabilities.
Executive Relationship Management
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Act as a strategic advisor, offering insights and solutions aligned with business goals.
- Maintain consistent engagement through meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
Program Oversight & Execution
- Oversee delivery across multiple programs to ensure quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal teams to align resources and execution plans.
- Establish governance frameworks and ensure smooth coordination across stakeholders.
Required Expertise
- Strong domain knowledge in financial services and capital markets.
- Solid understanding of modern technology landscapes, including cloud, data, and AI-driven solutions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical leaders.
Qualifications
- 12 years of experience in client-facing roles within consulting or technology services.
- Demonstrated success managing large accounts and driving measurable revenue growth.
- Experience handling complex transformation initiatives.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior executives.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to the New York City area.
Work Model
- Full-time onsite role (5 days per week) at the client location in NYC.
- Requires periodic travel to other client sites within the United States (approximately one week per month).
