Compensation
This is a paid Co-Op position. Compensation is competitive and based on academic standing and relevant experience. The typical hourly rate for this position ranges from $30.00 per hour, depending on the candidate’s qualifications and program guidelines.

What You’ll Do
- Create and analyze accounting statements and reports to support the preparation of financial statements
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entry preparation
- Perform account reconciliations as assigned
- Conduct data analysis in Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and variance analysis
- Support ad-hoc projects related to process improvements, reporting, documentation, and internal controls
- Help maintain audit-ready documentation for internal and external requests
- Communicate effectively with various levels of management and cross-functional teams
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Finance team
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands
- Proven leadership potential and business acumen
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
