The Finance Co-Op will support the Finance & Accounting team in daily operations while gaining hands-on experience in accounting, reporting, and financial analysis. The role will contribute to key finance functions such as month-end close, account reconciliations, process documentation, internal controls, and financial modeling, providing a strong foundation in corporate finance practices.

What You’ll Do
- Create and analyze specific accounting statements and reports to assist in the preparation of financial statements
- Support ad hoc projects related to process improvements, reporting, and documentation
- Help maintain audit-ready support for internal and external requests
- Perform data analysis in Excel, including lookups, pivots, and variance analysis
- Communicate with various levels of management and other department personnel
- Reconcile the balance sheet accounts as assigned by management
- Participate in monthly and yearly closing processes, including journal entry preparation
- Currently working on completion of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field or equivalent
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require employment-based sponsorship now or in the future.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
- Ability to exercise independent judgment
- Proficient in basic computer programs: Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Proven leadership and business acumen skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills
