Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and performance with potential for bonuses and incentives plus benefits. What You’ll Do
- Process and verify vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Prepare and execute payment runs according to company policies and procedures
- Maintain and reconcile accounts payable ledger accounts
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, payment issues, and vendor inquiries
- Communicate professionally with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Perform basic analyses and reconciliations of payables activity to identify and correct errors
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and transaction verification procedures
- Support occasional billing activities and respond to related inquiries
- Keep financial records organized, accurate, and up to date
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field OR High School diploma with 2 years of relevant Accounts Payable experience
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Clear verbal and written communication skills with a professional approach to vendor interactions
- Comfort working independently while taking ownership of day-to-day responsibilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting/ERP systems is a plus
