Field Operations Technician I

Shift: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday

We’re seeking a Field Operations Technician I to ensure complete fulfillment of surgical set orders across the region. In this hands-on role, you’ll work directly with surgical equipment to guarantee sets are replenished, inspected, and 100% surgery-ready upon arrival.
What You’ll Do:
Physically receive and unpack incoming inventory.
Inspect, replenish, and prepare incoming surgical sets for redistribution.
Perform transactions for inventory movements to maintain accurate traceability.
Package and prepare surgical sets for shipment.
Coordinate with courier and transportation services for product distribution.
Rotate on-call support during nights and weekends as required.
Comply with manufacturing procedures, quality standards, and training.
Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment while maintaining KPI performance.
Assist with cycle counts of inventory at hospitals and office locations throughout the territory.
What You Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
2 years of relevant work experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of the medical device industry and hospital customer base preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to stay composed in stressful situations.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
Physical & Mental Requirements:
Frequent use of hands for handling, tools, and equipment.
Occasionally required to lift up to 40 pounds.
Vision requirements include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Work is typically performed in a light manufacturing environment.

Compensation:
Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, with potential for performance-based incentives plus benefits. Final compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers experience, skillset, and market conditions.
