Vaziri Law Group is a respected personal injury law firm dedicated to providing top-notch legal services to our clients. We are seeking a professional and proactive candidate to join our team in San Gabriel. This position offers the opportunity to be an integral part of a fast-paced, dynamic office environment. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.
Job Responsibilities:
- Phone Call Management: Handle inbound calls, screen and transfer calls, record messages for new inquiries, and resolve client concerns professionally.
- Client Reception: Welcome new and existing clients, verify case details, and direct them to the appropriate team member.
- Mailroom and Fax Management: Collect, sort, and process incoming mail and faxes, ensuring timely and accurate routing to the correct team or department.
- Office Coordination: Monitor and track mail and supplies, coordinating between multiple office locations to maintain efficiency.
- Administrative Support: Assist with office supply inventory, facilitate document pickup for clients, and support overall office operations.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, as many clients speak these languages.
- Previous experience in a customer service setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and empathy in client interactions.
