THE POSITION
You’ll be a key member of VaxCare’s Product Group, joining our Data Analytics team and reporting to the lead of Business Intelligence. The ideal candidate should have experience designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that transform raw data into meaningful insights for strategic decision-making.
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for building and optimizing data pipelines, creating interactive dashboards and reports, and ensuring data integrity across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and visualization tools with a genuine curiosity to learn new technologies and techniques. You must be comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions and have a passion for turning complex data into actionable intelligence.

Essential Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions including dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that support business objectives.
- Develop and maintain data models, schemas, and data warehouse architecture to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
- Work closely with the Data Engineering team to define and maintain BI ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into data warehouses.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Monitor and troubleshoot BI systems to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability.
- Implement data quality checks and validation procedures to maintain data integrity.
- Optimize query performance and report load times for enhanced user experience.
- 2 years of BI experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development.
- Comfortable researching new techniques and technologies to solve complex problems.
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience with Power BI, Sigma, Tableau or similar reporting software.
- Experience using statistical programming languages (Python, R) to manipulate data and gain insights is preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
